VIRTUAL PSYCHO-EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT
Moving Towards Acceptance is a group therapy program for caregivers led over Zoom.
HOW IT WORKS
We partner with community agencies & private therapy practices to support an intimate group of 8-12 caregivers. We meet weekly for 2-hour virtual sessions, for a total of 4 weeks.
By equipping caregivers with techniques to nurture themselves first, we empower them to choose to live in accordance with the things that are important to them as individuals - even in the presence of painful feelings - so they can continue caring for themselves and their loved ones!
ALIGNED IN KINDNESS CARES
Moving Towards Acceptance brings caregivers together in an inclusive, accessible virtual space to reconnect gently with themselves (as individuals and as caregivers). This allows the opportunity to slow down, reflect, and reset intentionally.
BLENDING BEST PRACTICES
Multi-Modality Method
Utilizing a blended approach of best-practices, caregivers can gain renewed compassion and skills to support their own needs and goals, as well as their loved ones.
