VIRTUAL THERAPY GROUP FOR COMPASSIONATE CARERS

Moving Towards Acceptance

We invite caregivers to participate in our virtual group therapy program: Moving Towards Acceptance.

An intimate group of 8-12 caregivers meet weekly for 2-hour virtual sessions, over 4 weeks!

 SUPPORT FOR COURAGEOUS CAREGIVERS

We cannot show up fully for others if we don’t show up for ourselves first!

By equipping you with techniques to nurture yourself first, we empower you to choose to live in accordance with the things that are important to you as an individual— even in the presence of painful feelings— so you can continue caring for yourself and your loved ones.

We appreciate that this is not easy.

This is why we bring the caregiver community to you, the caregivers, in the comfort of your own home.

We provide tools that we believe can effectively enable you to live more compassionately, with sustainable skills that help navigate being human - road bumps and all!

If you responded “Yes” to one or many of these questions then Moving Towards Acceptance might be right for you!

We can transform our lives by seeking not to eradicate our difficult thoughts and

emotions, or numb them away, but to cultivate psychological flexibility, which allows us

to accept them for what they are and not let them rule our lives. It is what we do that

matters, and that gives us the means to live in a way that is richly meaningful to us,

despite even the hardest of life’s challenges.
